Run Academy by Shank (RAS)

Shashank Pundir is a Revo-2-lution Running Certified Coach, marathon and ultra marathon runner & avid cyclist. Shank (as he is lovingly known) started running in 2008 after going through a tough medical condition.

He has completed 60+ full and half marathons, 21 Ultras and 7 obstacle runs.

His coaching certifications include :

  1.  Certified Revo-2-lution running coach (six month’s long certification from the US)
  2. “Run Your Fat Off” certified (3 month long certification from the US)
  3. TRX Suspension & Functional Training – Qualified
  4. REHAB Sports injury prevention and management – Certified

Shashank founded the Run Academy by Shank (RAS). He has been doing personal & group training since 2016.

  • RAS does personal and group training for beginners, intermediate and advanced runners. The focus is on running, strength and nutrition to improve the running and overall fitness of his coachees. His students stay away from injury and work as a team to realize his motto “Run Faster together”.
  • Shank has trained 100+ runners in last 4yrs
  • 79% of trainees have and continue to achieve their Personal Best in every race they participate in
  • Currently training 35 amateur athletes
  • Shank has also trained teams of the corporation WNS India. he trained the Nestle India team for ADHM.

Shashank will be leading the first Altitude training Camp in the Himalayas for runners on April 20-25.
